I think you do not have professionals in solving problems. Out going calls for my number is not available since three days. i contacted the retailer who sold the sim to me, and he contacted the distributor in turn and they said that the problem will be solved in 10 mins. but its now three days. Nothing has been solved. you people do not know what customer care is i think.

I am a retailer from Bangalore Karnataka State my shop name is UNIQUE MOBILE CARE. I have activated around130 numbers with first recharge of Rs.50 in month of december 2009, and 119 activations with first recharge of Rs.50 and 53 activations in feb 2010 with the first recharge of Rs.100 & Rs.500 but till now i have not received the complete commission amount ( First recharge, CAF incentive and Slab commission) up to till date. The complete commission amount is approximately Rs.35, 000.00 but instead of this amount i have received only Rs.7, 191.00, And also they promised extra commission for 100 plus activations. Regarding this issue when i contacted with the Channal Hot Line (Customer Care) they are not giving proper resolution and regarding this issue i have raised so many Service Complaints { Dated. Jan 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected], 1 march 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected] and 4 march 2010 SR.No: 1-[protected] } and the SLA also completed but there is no response from the backend people and from any of the employees o[censored]ninor. I have completely fead up with this company and with its service. And i have complete proofs ( Service Messages) to submit for evidence. So please check out this issue and give me the resolution, If i not get any resolution from this company i'am ready to book a complaint regarding this issue in Consumer Court Forum.
