my Sim card act balance automatically charged on 30rupice after i will call him that time he said me deactivet your activeted service after your act balane refond in 48h after 48h my act bal not refounded so i will call him one more time to dircally say sorry but your act balance refound not posibal

i am not active any service
at the moment my act bal. 42.49

i m vishal kumar my balance is deducted of 99rs from my mobile no.[protected] .it is an unauthorised deduction.sir please i want my amount back.behaviour of thier executives is also very rude.
