Uninor — charged for the service which is not activated by me

Hello sir,

Today, near about 1o'clock in afternoon uninor service provider activated two value added services (VAS), which is not not activated by me and they deducted balance of 10 rupees from mobile main balance. When I called at customer care they told me that they cant refund my money. Where should i go for that please somebody suggest me something?

When I called at customer care they told me that they cant refund my money. Where should i go for that please somebody suggest me something?
