Uninor — Cheating to deduct my balance

Dear sir/madam,
My name is Bhagirathi Panda(Mumbai,MH).my mobile no: is [protected].I had already face the over deduction 2 times and this is the 3rd time.this is hammering me.

on 17/05/12 my main balance was near about Rs 50 but today it has zero. I have called at 10.21 A.M to customer care regarding this and Mr. Sajid / his senior Mr. Siddhartha Daure (Emp ID 301163) suggested me that your balance has deducted due to internet uses. I have explain the fluctuation of word what they said on discussion.
1) He said your internet pack complete on 17/05/12 and I said my pack has recharged on 18/05/12 & it would be complete today midnight.
2) He said, its 30 days pack so may has 31 days so yesterday complete than I replied, I have not use internet today from 12 A.M to till so how it deduct Rs 50.
3) He said by check, Yesterday you use more MB so it deduct than I replied, daily limit is 100Mb and I have not use this much of limit.

I promise sir, today I have not use internet and yesterday I have not browse above 100 Mb. I observed it may maximum 20Mb and not beyond.

If your word correct please provide me below details:
1) Internet usage statement during the day 17/05/12.

My suggestion:
1) Please improve your customer service dept,I observed the view has fluctuated. When a customer call him for know exact ans and they move the answer one by one. Please note a cheater can fluctuated his word again and again for stop complain in there.

This above my statement is true and it must Uninor company cheated me by deducting balance so my request please do action against wrong deduction with out notice.

I humbly request you, please refund my balance and do step against this type of cheating so they wouldn't think for cheating to customer in future.

UNINOR — DEDUCTION AMOUNT BY CHEATING

I have 3 complains regarding scheme balance credit to my mobile no. [protected] and unauthorized deduction amount from my account against the COLOR TUNE.

E-mail communication from till date but not to solve the problem. As per the company's reply they resolved before 31st Aug. 2011 but today 3rd Sept. 2011, no one phone call received by the company.

I have used one the most popular cell services from last so many years. I heard about UNINOR services and it’s attractive plans, and I have to join UNINOR from last 3 months. Regarding network it is excellent in Rajkot city. But I am very sorry the following problems I faced from last 20 days.



Following complain are as under :



1. I have a uninor number [protected]. As per the company’s scheme I have recharged of Rs. 50/- for few days ago. I have already received a SMS regarding full talk time + 25 Rs. Additional talk time, which I can get after 48 hours. 10 days is going on but I can’t get the additional talk time of Rs. 25/-.



2. Company started a color tune in my mobile and deducted Rs. 40/- from my above balance. I have never started the color tunes. Kindly stop all the nonsense activity like this and refund the deducted amount. I have never intimation or sms to company for starting color tune.



3. I have recharged another one value of Rs. 30 which I can get Rs. 30/- talk time and additional 10/- rs. Talk time, which I can get after 48 hours.

Regarding all the complains I have call to customer numbers so many times but not a single option in your computerized telephone which connected me to your customer care executive.



I think such reputed company will trying to solve above queries and give me a proper early with effective solution as possible and reply me accordingly.

Uninor customer care facility is worrest, rediculous, stupid connection. They deducted amount from my mobile [protected] for caller tune activation without my intervene. I never ever requested fro caller tune by mistake too, though they activated and deducted amount. They didn't provide even facility to talk to customer care justo know why, how was it deducted.

I have 2 numbers from uninor, going to disconnect these two numbers from today itself.
