Uninor — Cheating with HELLO MY TUNES

I am uninor customer. They ware cheating the people like me in the way of HELLO MY TUNES. Without my permission they activated and debited my money Rs. 40/- dated 21/4/2012 10: 21: 43, immediately I reacted and asked customer care (198). They told the procedure of deactivation and within 72 hours the money will be credit in your account. I deactivated dated 21/4/2012 10:34:06. Today 26/4/2012 nearly 120 hours going on there is no reply. Again asked customer care they didn't give proper answer. Finally I decided UNINOR mobile company is fraud and cheating the public as well as Govt. I sincerely strongly advised public don't go for new connection and all old UNINOR customers is better to change their service from UNINOR to others like BSNL.
