[Resolved] Uninor — complaint for return of money | |||
G.evening sir, i am amit singh customer o[censored]ninor (my no.[protected])sim. Unlimited music service activated on my number on dated[protected] without my permission and deduct the Rs.30/-. I have caller customer care no.121 & 198 4-5times. They also charges on this call @Rs.0.50/3mint. & each & every time reply me same that server is busy & call again after 4-5hours. yesterday i called continuously on c.care toll free no.198 but my call was disconnented everytime. Today, again gave me same reply & when i request him please forward my call to your seniors.Initially They said no seniors available then told me they all are in meeting call again later. Please take necessary action on my this complain & credited my balance as soon as possible. Otherwise My next step is Consumer court.
