[Resolved]  Uninor — deduction of balance

this is to inform you that there have been instances of deduction of balance of 50 rupees without any valid reasons in last two days . i have plans activated for the local calls .
i see no reason as to why the balance in my account has been deducted . i have plan activated for the internet pack as well. its been many times uninor has deducted money from my accout in the name of third party . i will explain how uninor makes money. if we assume uninor deducts money from 100000 customers account . if we assume they deduct 10 rupees from each account . uninor gets 10 lacs without providing any services to the customers
since most of the customers are not aware of the complaints process. uninor gets away with deducting the balance from the customers account . if we call up the customer service or the complaints help line . we have been given the excuse of systems are being upgraded call up next morning;.

jo logon ko saste plan ka offer deke unke account me se balance uda deta hai

and on complaining they were first saying that they will return the money but now they are saying that the complain was written that i myself had activated myself and ur money can't be refund
also i had not activated this scheme as i had no uninor friend therefore please refund my money as the seconds are as such

I m S.K.Singh from jamshedpur. I have purchased the uninor connection by insist of my friend.
but now when i recharged the mobile automatically amount is deduct.. i have already given a complain to uninor outlet but does not solve my problume.

kindly reimburse my amount to my uninor account.

UNINOR — Music activation without my knowledge

In my mobile no: [protected] , They activated the music unlimited without my knowledge... And a message came saying that you are detected Rs.60.... I want immediate action against this......

UNINOR — Fraud -Service activation without requests

I have purchased uninor prepaid number [protected] on 1st August 2011 in Agra.and after using it for last 10 days i have found that Uninor is doing fraud with people in the region by activating there services like music unlimited etc on numbers without permission of customers.
It happen twice with me in two days.
They are trying there best to make out money from people who are not that much aware about mobile services as they are not able to deactivate the service or launch any complain about it.

Even after i informed to customer care about it still it happened with me again today on 10th Aug-11.

Uninor is doing fraud with innocent people to raise as much money as they can.
Kindly have a check on it.

Hi. Uninor deducted Re. 1 on August 30th 2011. I called them and gave a complaint. They told that on 7th Sep 2011 my complaint will be resolved. I waited till that date. I got a message stating that my problem is solved. When i called them they told that i downloaded something from Wap. I thought maybe by mistake it would have happened. Again on 9th of Sep 2011, in the evening hours, Re 1 got deducted. I again complained them. The next on on 10th Sep. again Re 1 got deducted. I called them again and again the same thing, complaint number, waiting time till 17th Sep. But today, ie. on 16th Sep. 2011, i got a message stating my complaint is resolved. When i called them, they said you downloaded some animations from WAP. I told i didnt. But they said U did. When i forced them they connected me to their superior. He also told me the same thing that you downloaded on both the days from WAP. I argued with him that i didnt do. But he said the same thing that I DOWNLOADED and he even argued with me. After some time i tried to call the customer care for three times. But i wasnt able to do so.The fact is that i never use WAP in my mobile. Whom should i tell now?

UNINOR — Uninor - Activation and Amount deduction for Caller Tune without any request on my 2 Uninor numbers

Uninor is automatically activating and deducting the balance for the Caller Tunes. This happened on both my mobiles nos. - [protected]/[protected]

On contacting their CSR, they confirmed that it was automatically activated and refunded if the service was discontinued within 24 hours. I raised the following questions:
1. Why was it activated without my request/consent?
2. Second, You do not call your own number. So how do you know that this service has been activated automatically and ask for deactivation.

The senior CSR never come on call and the call is disconnected after long hold. Their
support email CSR acknowledge the complaint mail but there is no resolution or any update on the complaint

They are not bothered about it. THEY ARE TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR A RIDE AND INCREASING THEIR REVENUES THROUGH FRAUDULENT MANNER WITHOUT CUSTOMER REQUEST.

ALL THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN CHEATED THIS WAY, PLEASE UNITE. Reply to this posting with your Uninor number and we can take them up to Consumer Court and TRAI

The company cannot continue with this manner.

UNINOR — automatically deducted 50 rupees

dear sir my uninor number is [protected], on monday at 21.50 hrs one message is received that on your mobile models club is activated and 50 rupees is deducted from my account.i talk to customer care this is wap deduction whole i did not use any internet . how it is possible.pleasehow can i get my money.
I have made recharge of Rs.50.00 to My Mobile no:[protected] before 10 Days. Surprisingly, without any intimation,balance of rs55 have been deducted immediately from my account.on same day i have approached customer care o[censored]ninor but their server was down. On today i,e 04.11.2011, i have again approached 3-4 times to Uninor Customer Care & asked their representative for clarification for deduction, but they were not in a position to give us clarification. Lastly, i have talked with customer care executive Mr.Manish Prajapati, he informed me to give transfer the call to authority, after holding phone for 15-20 minutes, they have disconnected the line. I have again tried to contact them, but they are not responding to my call.

This seems a great customer care o[censored]ninor, which expect in a great way. On bearer of this mail, i launch my complaint & request for reimburse of balance.

On the date of[protected] at 01.30 pm, I received an sms from uninor that ‘my music unlimited’ service has been activated in my mobile. I immediately tried to contact their customer care executives for 1 hr. but they were always busy. I again contacted their customer care executive after two days but situation is same for contacting consumer care executive informed that their system was down hence could not help me.. On[protected] again “my chat service’ was activated on my no. and deducted Rs. 1 for one days. When I call to consumer care executives she reply me it is happen due to technical fault in Uninor server. At this time she refund me Rs. 1. I say to stop my all actived services on my mobile. She said ok sir I stoped all serviced activated in your mobile.
On[protected] at 10.09 PM Uninor deduct Rs. 30 for 30 days and activated ‘my chat service’. On[protected] I Contact consumer care executive why you deduct this money from my mobile and he reply that this service is activated on since long time in your mobile. So company deduct this money. He not my complain and did not refund any money to me till today i.e.[protected] at 9.20 AM.
Sir, this is clear cheating & fraud from uninor as they cheat their customers by deducting the balance, by activating any service, which the customer has not asked for.
Kindly look into the matter & my rs. 300 balance be returned to me.
I am also facing the same problem currently. Twice it happened weneva i rchrgd nd they r not refunding me. And nodal officer's number is switched off. Can any1 help me wer to compliant. Supervisor never came on call. They just kept me on hold.

I am Uninor customer having a mobile number [protected] facing a problem of deduction of balance from main account when I have recharged with Rs 100/- on 1612.2011. On 17.12.2011 morning I received a message "Your subscription to Music unlimited service has been successfully renewed and you have been charged Rs. 60.0 for next 30 days". Though I had never activated any such service. I called several times to customer care, different executives attended my call between 17.12.2011 to 25.12.201, up to 21.12.2011 they keep on saying that you will get back balance of Rs. 60 in few minutes. then in 3 hours, then in 30 hours, then in 48 hours, but all went in vain. Today on 25.12.2011 a CC Executive told me that you have been already provided all the information, its already passed a week and due to technical problem your refund balance could not reach you. I am sorry, let me pardon for wrong information given to you by other executives, now you can't get refund and disconnected the call.
hello uninor company my uninor no. is [protected]. on 30th of jan i had 68rs balance n next day when i checked out my balance i saw only 8rs was left on my balance unnecessary 60rs was deducted from my balance without any confirmation code of free music downloading or any other value added of service..on 31st of jan i complained to customer care about ibid deduction my complaint no. was 1-[protected] n i was told dat within 36hr my amount will be returned to my account but till now i hv not received my money back...please help me...!!!.

Is [protected].On 12thapril,2012 at 4.30 p.m.I got a sms from uninor that they activated "caller tune"and subsequently deducted rs.40 from my balance.But I have not asked for any such service.Though they stopped "caller tune service"after my request but my deducted balance has not been adjusted in my a/C.My question is how can they deduct my mobile balance on there own and activated caller tune without my consent.Really M very surprised to see such kind of behaviour from a company like uninor.I want my money back and the matter must be handled with proper attention

I have connection with Uninor No. [protected].
There is a deduction of Rs. 40 on 13th April 2012 from my mobile Balance. I called to Customer care No. 198 to Complaint for this. I complaint for deduction to Uninor Customer Care Executive on morning of 14th April 2012, the executive told me that there is a My tune Service Activated in my no. on 29th March 2012. Then I Told him That I did not requested for this service & did not know anything for this, So how could you activate any type of services in my mobile without my consent. The Executive told me that they call me and then i told them to activate for this service, then i told him to listen me the record of that conversation when the service activated but the executive deny for this and then i told him to transfer the call to his senior officer then he told me that he was transferring the call to his senior officer and told me to hold the call. My call was on hold almost half hour and then they disconnect my call.
So Please help to get my refund of deduction.

complent coustomar care executives did not responding & makes the false comitment refund of the money an giving the undue resion.
I am Uninor customer bearing a mobile number [protected] facing a problem of deduction of balance from main account when I have recharged with Rs 50/- on 1405.2012. On 16.05.2012 I received a message "Your subscription to caller tune service has been acctiveted successfully and you have been charged Rs. 15.0 for next 30 days" on 16.05.2012. Though I had never activated any such service. I called several times to customer care, different executives attended my call between 16.05.2012 to 17.05.2012, up to 17.05.2012 they keep on saying that you will get back balance of Rs. 15 in few minutes. then in 3 hours, then in 30 hours, then in 48 hours, but all went in vain. Today17.05.2012. . I am sorry, let me pardon for wrong information given to you by other executives, now you can't get refund and disconnected the call.
