[Resolved]  Uninor — deduction of charges without any request

Dear Concern ,

I am a prepaid mobile customer of your company mobile no. is [protected] it is in thee name of my wife renu agrawal on 24the April rs. 40 deducted from my account automatically whereas i never requested for thee same when i enquired about same theey told me theat it has been deducted for caller tune & will be refunded in your a/c withein 48 hours however not returned so far ,

let me clear you if it is not being refunded i will certainly go into DCRF as i cant pay for thee service which i have not asked for ,
