Uninor — NON-CREDITING OF EXTRA OFFER | |||
Respected sir, I am a user o[censored]ninor mobile service([protected]) has been getting harassed by the uninor services after they sent an sms 'UV-BIG OFFER' on 21.08.11 at 11 am around.As the offer said on recharging with Rs10 I will be credited with Rs15 along with that 5 local minutes free for each of next 7 days including the day of recharge.Being highly frustrated I ultimately come to you for help as till now I have received neither of the two extra balances.In the mean time there has been unnecessary balance deduction of 2 rupees and not even their helpline number 121 is allowing me options to access their customer care.As an Indian citizen and although a customer of the uninor services I kindly request you to look into the problem and take stringent action.I will be highly grateful if I am credited with the extra balances as soon as possible.
