Uninor — Bad Service and support | |||
, I am using my uninor number from past 1.5 year. I used to use this as my active number for O/G calls and EDGE(GPRS), i have used Rs.90 pack every month from last year. and I had no complaints from your service. I was totally satisfied with your service. but am facing some bad service and support problem from you from past 3 month. Last time when I had used Rs. 90 pack , i was getting very much problem in connection of GPRS and at the end of month I had used 300MB / 6GB. (and for past 7,8 months I have used minimum 4GB/6GB every month) and when I had communicated from your customer care they gave me a OBD call to just inform me that I had used GPRS so I will not get any refund, it doesn’t matter its 3 MB or 3 GB and I have to suffer problems because huge customers are using GPRS o[censored]ninor these days , I didn’t liked the way of talking of your executive. She was not ready to listed anything from me and just dropped the call after she had spoken. after that I had recharged Rs. 14 , 3 days GPRS pack. on 21/09/2011. but instead of 3 days , i have got 2 days of surfing ,at 22nd night 11Pm i had 150MB left but while surfing at midnight my whole main balance(Approx Rs.45) has deducted. whenever i recharge any "Special Recharge " I get message 1 day before that my pack is going to expire tomorrow. but this time not notification came from your end. I had tried to contact at "[protected]" but whenever I call. I get this number busy. So. not am bounded by " uninor " to move on to any other service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
