customer care Dear sir , me last 3 days se call kar raha ho customer care per jab bhi call ki jati hai kehte hai sisteum work nahi kar raha hai jis karan me uninor ki service se santusht nahi hu. kripiya kar mera samadhan kare. nahi to mujhe call ka record lekar upbhokta kendra jana hoga jiska harjana aap ko bharnahi hoga,phone karne par pahali bar masti pack disactivate karne ko kaha tha ,kaha gaya disactivate ho gaya,dusre din pack activate ho gaya,balance bhi kat gaya, [Complaint comments] f Was this information helpful? | |||

We are the customer of your Uninor. Our prepaid MOBILE Nos. are [protected] and [protected] but it is regretted to state that I m not satisfied with your services because every time your system is not working properly and time and again I’ m facing problems. The Executives of your Customer Care are not giving proper advice nor attending to the complaints lodged. Immediate on recharging some amount is deducted towards Masti Pack on Mobile No. [protected]. In this regard it is pointed out that, I had not applied to the said Scheme. So please take it as a serious matter and do the needful to deactivate my the Masti pack Scheme (additional services ) & other unwanted SMS sent to us on the above mentioned Mobile Nos, .
