Uninor GSM — balance not refund

Dear Sir,

currently i am using the sim o[censored]ninor(GSM).i have received a message in mobile of extra talk time offer dhamaka.The msg was that:
Extra talk time offer sirf ap k liye! Rs.30 me paye Rs.35 ka talk time.Extra talk time 48 hrs me credit hoga .offer simit samay k liye.This msg i have received on date 11.9.2011and i have done it in same day at 6:00pm.but now i have not get any refund.i have complaind many time but they they are not taking any action.
So i requested to u please refund me my balance as soon as possible.
My 1st Complain No. is - 1-[protected]
My 2nd Complain No is - 1-[protected]

Me too have the same balance deduction problem with uninor...if i get chance to speak with uninor customer care senior executive i waited for 17 min but my call didnt connected to senior officer ...Again when i am trying to call customer care number the call doesnot connected and they put my number in reject list i think...Friends pls help me to find a solution for this...contact me by my mai id:[protected]@gmail.com
