I have taken a SIM Card from UNINOR GSM Network Bearing Mobile Number-[protected] on 28.12.2010, in a retailer shop. At that time i have submitted my Identity Proof and photo to the retailer. But, on 31.12.2010 Incoming fecility was disconnected. From 05.01.2011 Outgoing fecility also disconnected. Again I have Submitted my photo and ID Proof on 11.01.2011 for the 2 nd time at UNINOR OUT LET in Bhimavaram. They have unlocked my Mobile number temporarily. It worked for 3 days. again i contacted UNINOR OUT LET and Customer care they said, ID Proof was not submitted. Then for the 3 rd time i have submitted My ID Proof and Photo in Uninor Outlet. I have recharged with Rs:198. This amount should be utilized with in 30 days.When i cntacted to Customer Care o[censored]nonor Net work on 25 th, 26 th of January, 2011, they suggested to Recharge with Rs:198.00, then the old amount wil be carry forwarded, because i have not used the amount since my Mobile number was not activated. They have temporarily activated to recharge with Rs:198. on 27.01.2011. After getting Recharge My Mobile worked upto 31.01.2011. From 01.02.2011 my Mobile Number[protected] was not working, it is saying Your number is not in service. Then i rushed to UNONOR office. The said my number was expired due to not submitted my ID Proof. But they are saying, you have submitted to our office and we also sent to UNONOR office. But your SIM Card was expired. We can not do any thing, take another UNINOR Sim Card. So, Please do Justice, and take action on UNINOR GSM Mobile Network for for not giving proper Service to Customers. Thank You Sir.
