Uninor GSM Service — Activate other service without permission & 3rd class Customer Care.

Sir,

I, Apu Roy customer o[censored]ninor company since last 5+ months (location Kolkata) but I see in 5 months your company is most faltu company in India & customer care executive also. Your customer care executives are most inefficient.
1st time activate My Music (I don't know how activate) and deduct my balance, i am contact customer care but they deduct my renewal cost 2 times .

2nd time they activate My Chat on the automated reply basis (they sent a SMS and when i open the SMS then My Chat Activate) and deduct my balance . 2 times i am contact Customer Care but they dont care, they dont deactivate my service and renewal SMS are sending.

3rd their Customer Care full on inefficient Executive like Mr.Chayan Banerjee.(Sr. Executive,Uninor)
