[Resolved]  Uninor — Wrong Deduction of Balance from my mobile no. [protected]

My mobile no. [protected], for which the service provider is Uninor has deducted Rs. 60/- as a "Music Unlimited" Package without any intimation given by me. Suddenly I received a So is it possible for me to take some legal action against the company.
1. Whom should I put my complaint to?
2. What all documents shall I require to make my case strong
3. Can I demand from Uninor to give me the details of the intimation given me (as per their records)

I want to take up the case very seriously as this happens to many subscriber and I want to prove to these companies that they cannot take the customers on a ride.
