Uninor — callers tune

uninor mobile telecommunication has problems on caller tunes which was actvate automatically and balance will be deducted but customer care will not help me for this matter. every time my balance will be deducted.

Kindly treat the matter as urgent also credit my a/c balance as soon as possible.

yes, really uninor is worst service, they are charging without knowing customer's interest and opinion.
It's a very worst telecom service.
