I was used Air Tel sim. Card for which my mob. Number is [protected]. After sometime I used portability service, by that my number was continue & service provider changed from Air Tel to Uninor.
The uninor service is available on my Sim card by the morning of Thursday. I am facing lots & lots of problem. Seriously by porting from Air Tel to uninor was bad decision took by me.
As per SMS my card will be activated by the midnight of Wednesday.
I face the some of problem as below.
I didn’t activate my card on the Thursday morning, some how Friday morning my card was activated, I didn’t get the GPRS setting & can not get the call from several numbers (the person who tried to call me, they replies me your number is unavailable), to short out this problem I did call customer care for almost 10 to 15 times in 3 days, but customer care executive so worst that they cant recognize my problem, When I ask to talk with your supervisor & one time they cut down my call & 2 to 3 times they are transferring my call, but at that time I am waiting 15-20 min. but no one pick ( talked ) the call from your end & finally I cut down. This is not enough by you my number was blocked by your side at the end of Saturday.
I register a complain in your customer care center (Baroda, near Natubhai center, Illorapark) by the end of Saturday. I talked with Kalpesh who has mob. Number is. [protected]. He told me your problem was short out by the morning of Monday but that was not a case. I did visit second time at the evening, same person reply me I am busy today so I can’t do it, but I am sure by Tuesday afternoon your problem was short out. But still my problem was not short out. I called him; he again replies that I am busy, talk with me latter.
Seriously this was the worst service that I have ever seen by any company. Because of your problem I am not able to receive my important calls.
Please do some needful action to short out my problem, if you are not able to short out my problem then please cancel my portability service and give my old service provider.
