Uninor — insufficient balance deduction | |||
My mobile no. Is [protected] which is o[censored]ninor telecom company. i have a monthly net pack on my number. Which activated this week. I already have net pack but uninor service provider deduct my balance and a message shown on my screen that i doesn't have sufficent balance to surf net (like this.) But when i check my balance it shows i have 199mb left of that day to use. So i call customer care to complaint this situation but the persons who attended the call gave me a unnecessary excuse for this and cut my call also. So i want that someone help me for this because not even now but also sometime before my balance has been deducted due to unusal services. Was this information helpful? | |||
