Uninor — GPRS Service not provide me & customer care no. Block

I have purchase a uninor prepaid sim 27th july. its no. is [protected].
Sir I have activated 90 Rs. Plan of gprs but after two days it will genrate a error msg that is authetication faild when I m call the custumercare they said me it is error of satting & they send me msg of satting & they will said after save the satting these error will remove but the problem still on. Plz sir my gprs service start & open block custumercare service.
