Hi I am using your Uninor number from last past year now I am thing that to take a some action about your costumer care (198) I want to inform you that the people who working at night shift the people not giving proper information if the costumer need any help your people use only one word sorry my mistake it’s not word what we can called dialogue the system is not working call in the morning 7 to 8 am. One more think the way to talk costumer they are using very bad and rude language. What we can accept with your CSA when the SR person also using a same language first take a action on your Sr CSA or TL might be they think that they are owner of the company. Your CSA they are not given proper information always given wrong and incomplete information your people are not listening to costumer they think that all costumer are fool they don’t know any think I am sending you some names I want you have take some strong action this people I am having all the recording of this people if you cant take any action so inform me so ill take a action to publish this recording.
