From the Uninor Mobile prepaid connection No. [protected], they are debiting considerable amount illegally. When I contacted their customer care No. 121 (Contacted at least 5 times on 30.05.2011) once they said that some value added service related to music has been activated by me either during Feb. 11 or Apr. 11. It is totally baseless that such value added services availed by me till date. The representatives of Consumer care of the company are giving contradictory answers about the date activation of so called value added service. I, therefore, sincerely requested to please interfere in the matter and instruct the UNINOR, Kerala authorities to refund my money which they deducted till date illegally.
