Uninor Mobile Company — Mobile Balance Deduct | |||
Respected, They(Uninor) deduct Rs 43 from mobile main balance.Saying that money deduct because o[censored]se of serfing of internet.But i've already activate Internet plan on my number before any deduction.When i call to register my complaint for money deduction.sometime they cut my call and also they didn't receive my call.But once they register my complaint and after they enquire and find their own mistake.so afterward they were agree to refund my deduct money..but till now they have not refund te money.Then agian i call them but the situation is same,not attending call or cut call in between talk.Give me justice.Thank you. Uninor Mobile Company — Unfair deduction of money
Mr PN Birla Mob No [protected] from Nsik Maharashtra. 20 Feb 12 a service of online chat has been activated by your web word or i don't know what abt it but i didn't activated any kind of such services so why 30 rupees of my account has been deducted. please check your services and return the money soon as possible either i will complaint to consumer forum court.the company also sending the messages such of that as we unlock the mobile and any service will be activated why they bastered providing such of service to cheating with customer please take an necsessary action against to company.By Mr PN Birla
