IHAVE PURCHASED UNINOR SIM ON MY NAME ,PARESH SHROFF ,NUMBER GIVEN TO ME WAS [protected].THIS SIM I WAS USING SINCELAST 5-6 MONTHS.ON 20/12/10 SUDDENLY I RECEIVED MESSAGE FROM UNINOR THAT THIS SIM IS REGISTERED ON SOMEOTHER NAME AND IS NOT ON MY NAME ,SO I HAVE TO RESUBMIT DOCUMENTS FOR IDENTITY AND ADDRESS PROFF,WHICH I HAVE RESUBMITTED ON 22/12/10 UNINOR OUTLET IN SANTACRUZ(WEST),MUMBAI AS PER DIRECTED BY THEIR CUSTOMAR CARE SERVICE(Mr.VIKAS).MY ABOVE SIM WAS ACTIVATED ON 27/12/10 BY THAT RETAIL OUTLET.AGAIN MY SIM WAS DEACTIVATED ON 29/12/10.WHEN ENQUIRED WITH SAME RETAIL OUTLET O[censored]NINOR,HE REPLIED THAT MY SIMIS EXPIRED AND BALANCE AMOUNT(Rs.33/-)IS LAPSED.NO SATISFACTORY REASON WAS GIVEN.
