[Resolved] Uninor Mobile — Uninor WAP(Sizzler ) service | |||
Hello Sir, This is Soni Suchita, I have an Unior mobile Connection, in that everyday WAP service is activated without asking any confirmation from me. While deactivating it, it again activated after 2 hours. in just 3 days it is activated 8 times. and Rs 8 is deducted from my account. I contacted with customer care 10 time for the permanent solution, but they told me that they have deactivated it from there side, but it again activate after deactivation. I told them to raise a complaint to give me permanent solution but told me that they can't do that from there system. Today again i have received WAP message that Rs. 1 is deducted from my account and i cant do anything to stop it permanently. Is there no permanent solution for this problem.
