[Resolved] Uninor — Deactivation of New Connection | |||
I have taken a new Uninor connection no. [protected] on[protected] after filling in the CAF with necessary ID and Address Proof and also with a recharge of Rs. 115. The number has been deactivated on[protected] without any intimation from UNINOR. On contacting the Customer Care at 121, they instructed me to submit the documents at their Customer Service Outlet. I went to the Customer Service Outlet on[protected] and appraised the executive about the problem. He checked the number status and replied that the CAF Status is still pending and due to this reason, the number has been deactivated. I requested him to accept the new CAF Form and supporting documents, but he refused, saying that he cannot do anything till the CAF Form Status shows "Accepted" or "Rejected" in the system. I am totally embarrased and feels great regret in taking this connection. Any reasonable person can't digest this experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
