[Resolved] Uninor — Not activated after successful verification | |||
Hi Team, My uninor number is [protected] ,i call on 59059 for activation on 29th January 2013 night. They have verified my name and address and told me that after 1 hr call 123 and choose the desire langauageand your account will be active. From that onwards till today i am calling 123 ,the recorded response coming to me that your prepaid number is not active. After that I again call on 59059 and 999 but the recorded response coming to me that your prepaid number is not active. If this the way you provide service.if my number is not ctive i have to complaint with TRAI authorities for this. So Resolve my problem ASAP. They have verified my name and address and told me that after 15 Minutes
call 123 and choose the desire language and your account will be active. But i try to call 123, getting a message please recharge your prepaid account for making calls.
