[Resolved] Uninor — Playing promotional messages before calls on NCPS registered number | |||
Hi, I've registered my Uninor number in the NCPR and have blocked all categories. Still, a promotional offer is played EVERY TIME I make a call. It's annoying to having to listen to the same message every time and also wastes valuable time (~10 seconds) per call. I want this advertisements to stop immediately since I've made it clear I'm not interested by registering in the NCPR. I tried to raise a complaint by dialing 198, but got rude response that "contact 121, we can't help you here". On calling 121, there is no option to speak to the customer care representative, all I get it automated responses. I also tried calling 1909 to no avail.
