Uninor — prepaid service

Just had word Miss Pooja raghu.

She said no balance ll be refunded as started from custmer.
she added it can be stopd b custmer care.

If it is right than custmer calld on 22 /4/2013

To stop service. than after he didnt have touch uninor service option.

So why it is not working. why money gone.
and still problem happening.

Who ll pay for this.
Customer wants money back. and also resolve of technicals

or complaint will be given to grahak suraksha kendra. gujarat.
