Uninor — PROCRASTINATION BY UNINOR CO. FOR REPAYING THE MONEY THEY CHARGED BUT DID NOT SEND THE BALANCE ON MY NO. [protected] AND REFUSAL TO REGISTER COMPLAINT | |||
I tried to recharge with my debit card using uninor online recharge facility for my no. [protected]. of Rs.30 and Rs.10 on 30th april 2012. I called up the customer care twice on the same day, once they accepted to register complaint after 5 hrs and second time after 48 hrs. Now I called up the customer care after 48 hrs but they are asking me to wait for 3 more days and not allowing me to register my complaint for refund.I expect to get my claim which amounts to Rs.40 [30+10].
