[Resolved]  Uninor — REFUND ME UNSUCCESSFUL RECHARGE AMOUNT & ACTIVATE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ON MY NUMBER

Dear sir i have recharged i37 pack by online recharge on my uninor number [protected], the amount deducted from my account but the recharge not come yet. I have called to uninor customer care, the person not replied me properly & he blocked my customer care services. Now i am mot able to customer care.....
What will i do?
