Uninor — reg recharge

Dear sir I had got an sms from uninor regarding recharge offer stating, get rs 80 bal for rs 60 recharge on 18/7/12. I made the recharge on the same day to avail this offer. But to my surprise I got rs 65 bal only. When I talked to the customer care executive he told me that i should contact the nearest uninor store. Am I going to spend Rs 20 on petrol for the difference of Rs 15 bal which is not given to me as the nearest uninor store is 6 km far from my place. It is the responsibility o[censored]ninor to transfer the same to my main bal immediately. I request uninor to do the same. thanks.
