I have been trying to get in touch with one of the supervisors o[censored]NINOR since 12th May' 2011. I have got a complain number as well but no issue has been resolved.
I have spoken to " 9 " of the customer care representative o[censored]NINOR every time they have either disconnected the call or they have informed me that there is a SYSTEM UP GRADATION going on. No supervisor has been available so far.
The names of some of the representatives that I have complain again are MANIK, TAPAN, TULSI, PRASHANTO, AJAY, NURUL, AMALANDU, SUBHANKAR, PAPAI and some more.
One of the gentleman who came on line mentioned his name as ARUN he is not a supervisor but senior to all the representatives that I have been speaking with. After listening to my problem said he will not be able to help but will transfer my call to his senior also disconnected the call.
Hopefully this time I get as I am suppose to get service from UNINOR, and not go as a dissatisfied customer which I have been Was this information helpful? |

SIM taken time Already i am submitted concern document, Prasent My SIM card not working due to not valid registration, not receiving document .
I call to so many time customer service center but not getting response.
I am facing problem from day one... raised many complaints to customer care but they are not solving my problems... what can do can u suggest me...how many time we are submit documents.I am take the SIM card NIZAMABAD Uninor office.
