[Resolved]  Uninor Telecom — 198 Skim Issue

Hi , I m Rudraraj and i had complaint against a Uninor telecom company. i m uninor user since last 3 years. i had active 198 skim. last months i have facing some problem for company side. My skim Deactive date is 23 and this time no activation message send me.so that's y i m lossing U to O second 39000 and U to U second 1.5 Lakhs and when i m calling to Custome care number 198 and talk with monika paramar but i m not satisfied this answer i req to her transfer call to supervisor so when i m talk with Daksha Makvana and she told me that : "Company ka Server Down tha is liye message nahi aaya tha. ab aapko woh skim ka refund nahi mil sakta." so problem is Company side this is not my Fault so can u please help me or refund my all second otherwise 2 months free 198 skim in my mobile.
