[Resolved] Uninor Telecom — UNINOR Balance Deduction & the worst Customer Service | |||
Hi, I am ajay using uninor from last 2.5 years (bihar jharkhand circle) no. [protected]. Suddenly on 02.07.12 i saw my balance is 0.11 and data 0 mb. A massage is coming your balance is low for daily massage service. Please note that actually at that time my balance should be 13 & 60 mb. after that i recharged 150.00 and deducted 90.00 for monthly data charge (200mb/ day) but after some time i saw it showed my balance 0.11 and data 0 mb instead of Rs 60.00 and 200 mb. when i call the costumer care in 198 about this they said i have used excess internet beyond 200mb / day. but it shows in my network data manager that i have only used 192 mb from 400 mb in tow days(01.07.12 & 02.07.12). First they try to confused me and when failed to do so then just said me the costumer care executive that he is transferring to hi boss. they kept me on wait for 20 minutes and finally cut the line without registered my complaint. After that when i am going to contact them thorough 198, i am disconnected every time by hear a voice command thank u for calling uninor. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

UNINOR/TELECOMMUNICATION — RECHARGE FAILED
I have recharged my UNINOR number [protected] with Rs.8 to make the STD & LOCAL call charges to 50 paise per minute. But even after recharge, they are deducting 1 paise per second as call charge.Please solve my issue.
