I have been facing serious problem from ur uninor network.
I'm a user o[censored]r uninor network (up west)
The problem is that the network deducts the users balance without any reason........
Its the 3rd time it happened to me.......
First time ur callertune servive was activated and the balance was deducted....... But after the complain the balance was trasferred back to me...
Second time on again my balance was deducted 0n 14th december, around 39 Rs but this time refund wasn't done....... The reason was that the deduction wasn't showing on your server........ I kept on calling for damn 15 days n even more but nothing was done, Once the complaint was registered and the complaint no. was given to me..... but after 48 - 72 working hrs also nothing was done this time the reason was the complaint registered was by mistake....
You won't get your balance. What the hell this was........ first the told me to call next 4 hrs coz the update wasn't showing on the server and after that again they use to posponed that........... At last i left....
But the 3rd time on 21st of January 2011 again my entire balance suddenly drop down to 0.00 from around 149 Rs........ This time it was ridiculous.......... From last 9 days i hv been calling to your customer care and nothing is done and the favourite rply o[censored]r customer cares are sorry sir the server is down we can't check ur details kindly call after 4 hrs thank you..........
During the 2nd prblm i might have called more than 50 to 60 times to ur care but nothing happened...
And from 21st jan i hv called more than 15 to 20 times and still facing the problem.... Was this information helpful? |
Same thing happened to me twice...
I am using Uninor in Jharkhand.
First time in Feb when i was in roaming the mobile was switched off, then the balance was deducted and unlimited music service was activated which i came to know when i swithc on the mobile once i was back to jharkhand. then the customer care says that u must report within 24 hrs for refund.
Now 2 days back agian Rs. 35 balance was deducted and another uninor to uninor free service is activated. then i called customer care repeatedly for 15-20 times...
guess what their reply...
our systems are down please call after 3 hrs...
this networking is looting peoples money.
