[Resolved] Uninor — unwanted value added service | |||
Dear sir/madam, my name is Kamlesh Verma and i am using uninor sim with number [protected]. unwanted value added services has been activated without my permission and i called customer care to deactivate the service and the customer care deactivated my service but next day again that value added service had been activated again and i am not able to contact the customer care again from that moment. please help me in this matter so that i can get rid of this unwanted value added service and get my money back. Same problem with me. I am using [protected] uninor no. When i recharge it every time unwanted value added services are activated without my permission. My money is wasted. Customer care also does not support. What should i do.
