Dear sir . mera naam rajesh jaiswal hai.main lucknow se hu.mai kai saalo se uninor ka sim use kar raha hu.aksar jab bhi main recharge karata hu.to value added services ke naam per kaat lete hai. 09/072013 ko main 20 ka recharge karya to 10 rupees kat liye.maine customer care mein call kiya to unhone vas charges ke karan balance katne ki baat kahi.maine senior se baat karne ko kaha to mere ko 1 1 hour hold per rakha.jiska complaint main attach kar raha hu 198 number meri complaint bhi nahi li pls help me sir Was this information helpful? | |||

MY UNINOR NUMBER IS [protected].SINCE 2 YEARS , I AM USING THIS NUMBER . BUT RECENTY, SINCE 6 MONTHS VALUE ADDED SERVICES ARE BEING ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER WITHOUT MY CONSENT.I TRIED TO DEACTIVATE USING 777 NUMBER BUT I M GEETING NO RESPONSE.PLEASE DEACTIVATE THOSE SERVICES AT THE EARLISET.
