I spoke with with your customer care, first off all i want to inform you that your executive don't have any manners to speak with their customer, they are useless fellow
I was facing network issue from last 1 week, after kalyan i am not getting network and after calling your customer care 1 of the executive giving me the reason that there is no crowd in kalyan thats why network is not there and after asking to transfer my call to senior Ms priyanka gave me the reason that there no tower in your area and it will take approx 1 or 2 month for solution
I want to know that your customer care people the think we people are fools seating here, i have heard this issue first time in my whole carrier that my issue will take 1 or 2 month
I need a call with solution in next 24 hours or else i will file a case against your company, i ll share my issue in all social medias(Tweeter, facebook etc)
It makes me more Irrated after speaking with your customer care executive verrrrrrrrrry bad, need an immediate call on [protected]

    I shubham raj telenor no.[protected]. I always suffer the problem of network through your service provider. Through this i can't recieve or do important calls or messages. So i want u to improve your network. I had many complaints regarding this so please help me out of this continuos problem. Otherwise i will port into another telecome company from your's help me fast.

    I have linked my adhar. But telenor communication bared my number Maharashtra [protected]. Without giving any info.iam using this number since 12 years. Help me sir. Maharstra circle. Help help. Help please. Help me.
    My +[protected] is closed without any further information.
    Please reactivate this number bcz my all accounts is associated with the number
    Sir i recieved message by custmer care that (Rs 95=1GB4G+1GB/DAY 2G 28DAY )
    of date 11/04/2018 & 10/04/2018 and sir i did this recharge offer but i met only 1GB 4G but i don't recieve my 2G offer that was said by custmer care in message .so please solve my problem

      Dear sir

      On 22 march i have lost the sim card with number telenor [protected], i have asked to block the number on 22 march 2018, i have asked all the process to get the new sim with same number, but when i went to telnor shop to get new sim with same number, the store denied that the adhara card is not linked so not able to issue sim and also i have not made enough calls from that number. As per govt rules linking adhara card to number last date is 31/03/2018. So i have time to link the same. But even after assuring that i will provide the adhara the telenor not issuing me the same number, as so may accounts and other are linked to that number. When called to customer care by [protected] the customer care agents made fun of my call, they are very rude to handle the customer. You can check their call records. I need desperately that number. I am ready to provide documents as required. I am calling cc for the same regularly from 28/03/2018 (Mr. Sagar has made fun of my call). They cc agents told me that if telenor shop give the same then you can take. We are not here to give the solution.

      Still the telenor have not responded for this as i am running out of time 31/03/2018 is last date to link Adhara, If telenor not respond properly let me know about further action i should take .

        I was having telenor number. Somehow sim is misplaced. I produced my relevant document to get duplicate sim. I received it but it has passed more then 15 days. Even i was asked to pay rs.200/- which i paid but didn't get receipt.
        This is an important number to me as it is linked with my aadhar, bank and gas services as well.
        Telenor service centre is irresponsible and due to it i am in pain.

        Dear Sir,
        I have a normal phone. It keeps on deducting .20 or .40 or even 1 rs for internet.
        I have tried removing settings from wap and other settings.
        It is still deducting.

        Kindly call me or remove from server end this setting.

            Today Telenor started VAS Service without my concern and deducted my main balance. Refund my balance else I am going to file case in consumer court against Telenor. Refund my main balance.

              On 8th March 2018 i got call from stating +911402... and daily i am getting call starting with same but end is different but on 8th someone pick up that call and then cut after that my 30rs. deducted and when i contact them they said no refund after 24hrs. telenor is thief and same happened on 10th march no. is [protected] and all this deduction without confirmation just if you cut the call they will deduct amount.

              again on 10th march they call in and again they cut amount without confirmation and also there customere service not registering my complaint. I also have video recording regarding this with pictures also.

              Sir today I go to port my kerla sim to up west telenor .But your mini store and your area manager also ask me to FRC in new sim .Is it rule if you go to port to telenor than FRC is required.plz tell me

                Recharge failed on 1-3-18 but rs, 66 x 3 times has been debited from my account and the same amount has been credited to your account. I have been contacting your customer service and getting the reply that you get the refund amount within five working days. Even after 10 days no refund was received. Whereas, debited ₹194 in different dates in my account.in this connection, i have already mailed to [protected]@telenor.in for non - recharges of ₹128+33+33 through online by their app. They replied that no need to worry it will revert automatically the same to ur account within 5 working days. But till to to date i have not received anything. Kindly take action suitably n not to trouble customer everytime.

                  Sim closed... kindly open my sim it's really very urgent ...my sim has been closed atleast 2 months and so on I don't know I want my sim uninor get reopen...

                      My money was deducted from my bank account but my recharge was not successful. I did a upi payment of 299 on telenor.in website for recharging my father's number that is [protected] but it was not successful.
                      During the whole process the webpage was closed after the payment but then i got an email saying it doesn't happen usually don't worry your will not be deducted but still my bank account balance deducted by rs 299 and i want my money back and i don't want to do the recharge. On registering my complain first they refused and asked me to wait 4 hours then they told me i have escalated your complain please wait till 12th march. Why would i wait 12th march i want my money back.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am a very old and regular customer of telenor. My mobile no is [protected]. I am using this number since 2014 regularly. But this sim has been closed by your end without giving valid reason and you did not give me any notice or notification. This no is very important for me. When i call uninor care the said your provided document has been expired please go to uninor store and submit your document.

                            When i go to telenor store he said your number has been permanently closed by company.
                            What is this how do you do this without any valid reson. My number is always on and full of balance and validity then why you close my number. It has illegal activity done by you. Without any valid reson you can't close any dim service. It's is against the rules of telecom regulatory authority of india.

                            I extremely request to you please activate my number as early as possible because this number is very important for me.

                            I don't know why but from last two night around 2 am some VAS plan has activated with 5 rs deduction. I tried to stop that plan using *121# but it shows no VAS is activated. I lost my balance because of this. I don't know why any VAS plan activat e middle of the night .

                                  Sir i haven't made any call or text for a month or two because i was in roaming that's why sim was switched off. But when i went to my regional place. Everyone tried calling me and it says incoming on this number is not allowed. When i reinserted my union sim then the error popped up saying sim card registration failed. Please reactivate it asap. I was your loyal customer and i am ready to pay reactivation charges.

                                    I was a bsnl customer with number [protected]. I did mnp and transferred my number to telenor. I have been to poland for 3 months.. Their i didn't get signal for my telenor sim. So, i am not able to use my number. Now i reach india and i check my sim still no signal. I went to store they told sim was blocked due not active for 90 day.. Please let me know how i can use it without signal.. It's my main number. All my online transactions are stopped due otp issues. Please arrange my sim back. I am ready to pay money for new sim card.

                                      Sir iam swetha ...i am unable to put balance in my telenor number for 2 months ...so many recharge cards have gone waste of rs.30, rs20...


                                      and if we call customer care it is saying to recharge nd your complaint will be forwarded to customer care...first of all unable to rechage nd its saying to recharge for forwarding call to customer executive. please look at the problem as soon as possible ...its becoming a very big problem for me

                                      I lost my Telenor simcard a month ago. The calls to the lost mobile number had been forwarded to my Airtel number. When I visit the Telenor showroom executive, he says as if I can not get that number(73866####9). Please help me to get my lost sim as that number was given to many of my friends & relatives.

                                        Uninor / Telenor customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        While I'm calling to my uninor number, my number doesn't exits ..What was d reason !! May I know ?
                                        I'm not using this numbr for so many days...All my network are connected wth this uninor number..I want this number back...
