Dear sir,
When ever i was maintaining balance in my telenor network telenor making a newsence that automatically activated vas charges to my mobile number [protected] using with sms. If i am busy to forgot to saw the sms they were going to deduct my balance with out confirmation. Recently on 06/12/17 one pack activated and deduct rs 15/- from my account. Please do the needful justice to me against telenor.

So pls order to telenor refund my amount and stop the abuse mony of customer.

    On Dec 3rd I Have Recharged With Rupees 98.It Showed In "My Best Offers" As "Recharge With Rupees 98 And Get 2GB 4G/3G 28 Days.Everything Was Good Up to 1GB.And Then The Problem Started.Network Is Being Shown As 3G® But The Internet Is Running On 2G Network... i Called The Customer Care Of My AP Circle But That Lady Said That It Is 2G Balance...(I Have Recording).
    Issue Is Worse.I Cant Use 4G/3G???????
    Why???? Why Is It Showing As 4G/3G When It Is Not 4G/3G???????
    Also, It Is Being Shown As 3G® Roaming... Even Though Im Not...Why Is This So???? Can You Please Clear Me With These Issues? Also...I Have Recharged With ICR 4G...But Unable To Use...Because There Is " Fake 4G Here" You Have Very Low Customer Base From The Start...And Then You're Having These Issues To Your Customers?????
    I Need This Issue To Get Cleared Before I Take Any Further Step!
    I Want That Roaming Signal To Get Into Normal Plus I Want To Be Able To Use 4G Network... i Tried To Register It On Airtel Ap 4G, Telenor Ap 4G...But It Gets As 3G...And When I Select As Only LTE...Network Gets Disappeared. Only Works On 3G...Cant Use ICR 4G...Cleaer These Issues...

      I forget to link my adhar card to my sim card and now my sim card is in inprogess status my sim is now deactivated by company and i still want that number what to do now

      After few days of deactivation i mail to uninor that i wanted to start this number as soon as possible but they are saying that my number is in inprogress status kindly visit telenor gallery for resolvment of this problem but still they are also unable to help me out. These telenor peoples are saying that nothing will happen now as this number is expired.
      Now what should i do

        Sir, customer service center told me that u did not recharge ur number from last 2 months, so they can't do anything.

              Hi Airtel team,

              We have transferred the Mobile number form Corporate POSTPAID Account to individual prepaid account. Old SIM is not showing up signals and new sim is showing signals but throwing a message "Activation Request is not received yet.Please try later" FROM: ATDSA. This new SIM is showing signals from almost more than 30 hours and not activated.

Customer executive not ready to take complaint.. I told them lodge complaint.. After 1 hr conversation they have registered complaint.. Not satisfied with customer service.. Just looted my money 1 minute. My money deducted on 24 th november night unknowingly then i called up customer care.. Not satisfied their answer asked lodge complaint.. To file a complaint in trai and consumer court as a reference number.. But these people are not ready to lodge a complaint... After conversation of 1 hr they gave complaint number.. Just irritating the customer and not answering to customer.. Why they make trouble to customer

                  I am a telenor customer and
                  My telenor number is [protected]
                  I am using this number from long time
                  .
                  Since 3 months i have not used this sim
                  .
                  After 3 months i've recharged it with 60 rupees
                  .
                  But without valid reason telenor deducted 30 rupees from my account
                  .
                  I've not used my sim from three months
                  But without my confirmation telenor activated many value added services
                  .
                  Which i don't need and deducted money without my consent
                  .
                  If i have not used my sim from 3 months it had no balance since then and i have not myself activated any value added services
                  .
                  So how can telenor can deduct balance from my account
                  .
                  I've tried to contact costumer care but due to poor network call never connects
                  So speed of data connection is also slow

                  .

                  So i request you to take appropriate action
                  And deactivate all value added services from my number and please refund money deducted from my account
                  .
                  If issue is keeps repeating i have to discard telenor or port the sim to jio
                  .
                  Please ensure that this does not happen again in future
                  .

                    I have done a recharged of 115 rs. 1gb/day, 2g data.
                    And, in network settings - 'auto mode' is selected
                    But, when i'm using the internet, money is deducted from the main balance; for the data used instead of the internet data balance.
                    Because of this issue:
                    1) i've lost around 40-50 rs balance,
                    2) not able to use the internet data as the money is getting deducted from main balance and not the data balance

                      Haptik provide or number. They were not reply my email. Recharge done on 11/11/2017 but no delivered till now. As we checked, your telenor recharge is successful and the operator reference number for the same is [protected]. And i visit telenor store but they not reply anything in written and i was email but they were not reply till now my recharge money is not received.

                        1) either refund me the money for data i. E. Rs. 115/-

                        3) i had called the customer care 198 for this issue, the person on the other side was talking very rudely and was not ready to listen to my complaint.

                        Kindly, resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                    I have 2g plan of telenor... While on traveling i got 3g range of telenor (Same operator) and they deducted my all balance... They says do 3g recharge to use 3g... Now no use of recharge if suppose i recharge 3g i does not got range of 3g i have to do another recharge for other generation 2g or 1g...                                       My self my name is mr. Dipak. P. Gohel and m using service og telenor company my mobile number is [protected]. My complane is when i calling to any person then before connect call there is always i must have to listen company's advertising like "all india 2g data" etc and my constration is always disturbing. I also complane in customer care of telenor company but the didn't response to me so pls resolve my problem.

                                        Sir... I have a vodafone number [protected] registered on tarun sharma. Meerut. Now i want to go with telenor thru mnp. I have completed all process like. Upc, request, aadhar card etc. But after 2 months my number not transferred. Then i contact to telenor store they told me your request rejected by vodafone due to mismatch upc but i have entered right upc. After that i have take a new upc but when telenor executive try he has received a message at his system that this number is in the process to mnp. Telenor saying that this is responsibility of vodafone but when i contact to vodafone customer care they told me that this a fault of telenor. Sir i have very tired plz provide me a perfect solution. I want to join telenor

                                        My uninor no service stopped due to some irrespective reasons please start my number as early as possible
