Uninor — Wrong charging | |||
Dear Sir, I am regular subscriber o[censored]ninor, 2day at 15.10pm my while fiddling with mobile activated some pesky msg sent by the service provider n rs 30 was dedtd , as soon as noticed I brought it the notice o[censored]ninor CSA on the same day by 14.00hrs but he re fused to refund dedtd amt giving some vague Ans. I lodged the complaint with customer care but they hardly bother to reply. Its not a matter of rs30 its a question if service not used then why deduction. Complaint sent to Uninor care In continuation to my complaint I wud like to draw ur attn that this mth also u all deducted rs 30 for nothing, immediate complaint was lodged with 198 uninor but ur executives were very non co operative n they showed inability to to refund money bk. Sir i m nt interested in any o[censored]r services except voice calls. Kindly desist from loot not a ryt way to make money i[censored] care for ur customer n ur executive refusing to co operate, very sorry state. Sir my GPRS SETTINGS ARE DISABLE BECAUSE ONCE MY SYSTEM IS FORMATED IN SERVICE CENTER. SO GPRS SETTINGS ARE DISABLED. PLEASE SEND OUR GPRS SETTINGS TO MY SYSTEM

UNINOR — Charged Wrong
I have got 2 sim cards o[censored]ninor. Since long time, they are charging me wrongly for services which I have never asked for. They start the services on their own and when I complained about it, they bluntly told me that I have started the services and they wont revert my money back. I am a very smart user of mobile phones. I have even saved all the marketing call numbers from Uninor and I never pick them up. Yesterday I was charged again for Music Unlimited on one number. I complained. They did not even register my complain. Today again they charged me for the same services on another number. And the customer support is so unfriendly that you don't wish to talk with them again. And 9 out of 10 times, their server is busy and getting updated. I know what they update(How much money they are making through wrong charges !!!)Its the mental harassment which is painful more than the charges that they cut. They make us look like liars ???
