Union Bank Of India — ATM ISSUE | |
Dear Sir, I have given written complaint and hand over to my Branch on 09/03/09 stating that i have tried to with draw Rs.5000/- on 7/03/09 in HDFC ATM at Selaiyur Branch Chennai-73, but transaction was declined but in the same evening when i checked it is showing that i have withdrawn Rs.5000/-.I have made several vist to ou Kolathur Branch Union Bank Of India But nothing has been in my favour.They said it will Happen within 45 days now it is more than 45 days, kindly find the details of my transaction . Description :[protected]/2608/[protected] Transaction ID: S90713320 Date : 07/03/09 Amount : Rs.5000/- Please do the needfull or Kindly make arrangement for withdrawing the Account with you people. I have given written complaint and hand over to my Branch UNION BANK OF INDIA KORAMANGALA on 01/06/09 stating that i have tried to with draw Rs.10000/- on 31/05/09 around 7.30pm in HDFC ATM at Mahadevapura Branch Bangalore - 560048, Machine dispence the money, but accidently money was going back inside the machine. that time i was 8 month pregnent, so immediatly next day i visited our branch, bank employee told me you have receive money with in one month, so i waited ONE MONTH & then i have checked the balance it shows my OLD BALANCE, i contact my branch they told me your complait is under process, after 5 days i have delivard. so i am not able to go to bank again, after one & half month myself & my husband go to HDFC CARD BANGALORE division to enquiry the details, so they told me that we have received 10000 thousand on[protected]. Again i contact my brach on[protected]Tuesday) throught phone they told me your case is under process. So finally yestarday[protected] they send a mail to my husband mail saying that HDFC BANK REJECTED your complaint. Please do the
