[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — ATM Transaction
I would like to inform you that I am a customer o[censored]nion bank of India.
Last 2nd of June 2009, I was going for a transaction through Canara Bank ATM Machine located in CCS University road meerut.
I entered the amount of Rs 1000/- but the machine replied as "Transaction Declined.
After 10 minutes I checked My balance amount of My account...
but the amount was debited by My account...
I have submitted the complaint on the Next day at both the Banks i.e. CANARA bank and Union Bank of India...
Canara Bank replied that for this amount you have to complained Union Bank of India and then procceied by us.
UBI is not responding me properly, I have been 5 to 6 times but no result.And today when I meet bank manager and ask him he say that he has been reminder to related bank, then I ask him the new decision of RBI that if within 12 days if money withdrawn which is related to ATM problem not deposited, then bank have to fine the related consumer 100 Rs. Per day then Manager Say that It has now Value and this type of news is coming in the newspaper. They say that they again remind related bank and you have to wait that’s all.
So please Help me for this...
