[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — Discripancies in saving A/c

I had try to withdrwl money from other channel network ATM bt transection was declined. At the same time my ac show debit. this is happened in 11th Dec. after one month there is no respose from my bank

i am Naresh Agarwal of tinsukia, assam have my account with union bank of india in tinsukia main branch my account number [protected].On[protected] i have got a self cheque from one my business party of rs 10000.00 . I send my person to the bank at 3 to 3.30 pm . my person enterd into the bank the gate was open, when he went near the cheque passing counter the authorised person told him that the bank cash payment time is over now but although he has paased my cheque he told my person politely very smoothly there is no matter but when afetr all procedures he went to the cash payment counter the person sitting inside the counter asked him that at what time he entered the bank and its not the time of cash payment in the bank as their bank time closed at 3.30 pm. The way he told my person is not a gentlemen work, they are doing job and if they thought that they are the boss than their thinking is wrong because its only of customer the bank is doing business and their salary is also paid by the customer from their savings and deposits as bank charges their commission, its not for the first time that the cash counter person told in rude way he always now and then use such type of misbehaving, if he becomes frustrated from his job than asked him to resign there are so many job seekers waiting .One more thing is that we dont know what happen to the updating machine when ever we send our pass book its always out of order what happen to the bank we dont know, we think that bank always goes up but its seems to be down.what the hell is going on. except some people all are disgusting. So kindly take some necessary action against those ruthless person.

I had deposited a cheque no.015731 dated 8th Nov.2012 o[censored]nion Bank of India Jaycees crossing chauraha Jaunpur, this is my salary cheque issued by SSIMT till today my mother branch o[censored]BI Swarup Nagar Kanpur has not sent the cheque to the Jaycees crossing branch o[censored]BI Jaunpur and deliberately my payment is delayed by the branch manager she had heated orgument with me on 9th of Nov. when I visited the bank branch for KYC and the deposit of cheque.
Last month salary cheque of the same type signature, branch and stamp was en cashed immediately in my account I have no Idea why the same branch with the same cheque is acting so. Dear Sir/Mam,
I want to open new a/c on TAPS Branch and i tried 3 times but i got response "come tomorrow". i contacted 21/01/2013 Monday 3PM bank employee said to me "when light is come then we do that" so wait for light(power).I was waiting long time 3 hours and contacted again i got response i can not do without light so i was asking politely sir all work not stopped then he said to me "why you come again i can not do You can go now".
So please sir do something for me and please stop miss behavior of employees.
im opne new ac. union bank of india sher pur branch delhi 110094 but this branch no hav opne farm way
