Union Bank Of India — Money debited from my account | |||
Dear Sir, From my account on date 11 October 2012 in the morning between 5 am - 5.30 am, from my account INR 8050 (in four steps 2300*3 times and 1150 one time) were debited through debit card swipe (as it is showing in the transaction history). But my ATM card was along with me in the morning and no card swipe or online transaction was done by me for any transaction. I contacted to bank but they are saying that i have made the payment to Vodafon billdesk. But i do not have any vodafon connection (prepaid or postpaid). Please let me know what i should do? how can i get my money back as bank is saying that it is not their mistake.
