I mentioned above, subscribed above specific descripted shares (all total 1000 units of Rs.10/- Each) from Unit Trust of India under the head “CAPITAL GROWTH UNIT SCHEME – 1992 (MASTER GAIN – 92.)
Our enrolled address with unit trust of India was C/1, Ist floor, Satnam Apartment, L.T.Road, Mulund (East), Mumbai:-400 081. But I changed my Residence Recenty, whose address is :- I wing, Flat No.102, Ground Floor, Shree Ganadhiraj Co.op.Housing Soc., Mitagar Road, Next to V.P.M.’s High School, Mulund (East), Mumbai:-400 081. with New Residence Tel. No.25636391.

Therefore you are requested to enroll this new address in your record for all future correspondences for ex.NAV MAV quarterly/half/yearly Bulletins, dividend cheques etc.etc. I don’t know, but do you require our original Unit Certificate in context with change of our new address?.
If you need for the same do not hesitate in writting me for the same. Other wise you just send me the intimation that, you have enrolled my new address for all future proceedings and let me know the NAV of the units.
