Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund — not recived cheque of Rs 7087.58

Dear sir/madam

i want to state that my father (Shri Ram Harsh Sao) has the member o[censored]TI Mutual Fund his folio no is-[protected].due to some health problem he was unable to receive the cheque of declared d evident amount of Rs.7087.58 .So the cheque was return back .

therefore it is requested to plz resend the cheque of declared devident amount o[censored]TI Mutual fund.
