[Resolved]  Unitech Group Kolkata — Complaint regarding acknowledgment of payment

I am an NRI customer and I have a complaint against Marketing department, Unitech Kolkata. I have sent the initial 10% booking amount on 02/02/2011 as per the given rate by Marketing Manager, Unitech Kolkata. As of now I have not received any confirmation from them and they have not sent the allotment letter/offer letter, agreement and other required documents yet 19/02/2011. I checked with my local bank and HDFC bank, the amount has been credited to their account on 03/02/2011. I don't know if they are sleeping or something else... it's very frustrating.

Sometimes it takes time to prepare the paperwork involved in booking of a flat. As you have credited the amount, the paperwork will reach to you for sure. Just be patient.
