[Resolved]  Unitech — non payment of fd maturity amount

Unitech is india's second best real estate developer and a very reputed company. I am sure your money is safe with them. Even the interest on my Unitech FD was a bit delayed but I eventually received it. Must be some technical glitch that has caused the process to lengthen. I would suggest you to handle the situation calmly and have patience. I am sure you will soon receive the due interest on your fd.

Our Family Fixed Deposits amounting to Rs.700, 000 (Seven Lakhs) matured on 11 July 2011.
Unitech Ltd. promised to refund the Deposits on 07 August 2011, Now they do not respond to our mails nor attend to our Telephone calls.

I do not understand why a Real estate Major is behaving in such irresponsible manner.

Can someone advice what action we can take to get our hard earned money back.

NON Delivery of the project!

I booked Unitech Veve in 2005 and was promised for the possession by 2008. The prject is neither complete nor is handed over. Our hard earned money seems to be going down the drain. Please suggest the way out!
