[Resolved] Unitech Limited / Fixed Deposit Receipt — NON RECEIPT OF PDC OF INTEREST | |||
Sir, posted dated cheques of interest for amount of Rs 1,50,000.00 of FY[protected] for FDR NO UL/FD/019052 & account no 046872 Which were supposed to be received my me on or before Jun 2011 are still not been received by me. I have continously tried to call on the phon nos provided but all in vain and with no response. i belive a company o[censored]nitech stature should be prompt in communication & delivering results. i belive i would be promptly resonded for this mail stating reasons for delay and compensating me for financial loss occured due to delay at your end my residential address is as follows : Daya Krishan Joshi, B 202, Premises Resy. I have made one Fixed Deposit for Rs. 3, 00, 000/- on 12/02/2011 for a period of 03 years @ 12.00% PA, and the same has already mature on 12/02/2014.
On being matured and after receipt of intimation from your office, the original Fixed.Deposit Receipt has been submitted at your Gurgaon Corporate Office during the month of March'2014.
Accordingly, as a matter of routine practice each & every month I have been regularly in contact with your office, but neither the said FD has been received by me nor even there is any positive response from your company, which illustrates total passive attitude of your company.
That, further on 24/12/2014 again telephonic discussion was made at Fixed Deposit Department of your company and it was revealed that there exists some fund problem with your company, as such FD will be released during February'2015
Sir, at present I am in desperate need of funds, and hence it is again requested to kindly release my FDR for Rs. 3, 00, 000/-, without any further delay. Otherwise i don't have any option other then going for a legal assistance.

Unitech Limited — non receipt of interest on fixed deposit
We have placed Fixed deposit with Unitech Limited with quarterly interest payment option. For quarter April to June 2011 , we have not yet received interest cheque despite continuous follow up. Customer care number of company is always engaged and auto answering machine informes - we are busy , we have noted you number & will get back to you shortly. But nothing happens further. I wrote to company secretary also but no response. Some officer in charge replies - you will receive courier in 8 days ... nothing received ... after following up again reply came ... we will send thru courier and you will receive in next 2 days... still nothing is received... We are worried whether this company will be able to honour its committment.
