is it true that unitech unihomes plan is not approved by the governmentif this is true we all are in big trouble

Unitech tells lies in order to get its flat booked by people who want to become rich overnite.

Hey why you want to cancel the booking, trust me even I was apprehensive about buying a house but today I don’t regret it. Unitech group is best.

Friends dont go for these unihomes, first of all they dont have the valid documents for occupying agriculture land. I booked my flat on july but till now i didnt got my allotment letter, they keep on telling documents need to come from delhi. I dont know how to come out of it, friends dont go for these unitech. And there are some "word of mouth" information that, unihomes is a contracted land given for the 2G scam done in telecom.

Unihomes is a very good project and you are lucky to have got a booking. The land is totally legal and Ahmed and mail2gokul are crooks spreading false rumors here. There is no connection between 2G scam and Unihomes project. Don't loose your mind by getting all hyper and tread the matter lightly and patiently. I am sure you will be more than happy when the project gets really developed.

Worst Response from Unitech staff.
orally they inform that construction will be dont on 6 to 8 months,
but in written agreement they mention 36 to 40months.
so before advance the amount eveybody should read the agreement and then book the flat. this is my request

Hi all Please pay your attention. I have booked in UH 3 bhk flat and the possesion date was july 2011. but there is no any progress and the unitech guys are telling that they will provide our flats after 2 year from now. Please make a community on site and join you all in more nos and then set a plan to overcome from this problem. Really we all have been cheated by Unitech.
Please make a group on Face Book or Google named as Unitech Unihomes noida flat buyers.
